This is hands down the best gym I’ve been to 💯. I haven’t worked out in several months before joining Move with Coach T Fitness. So I was nervous about starting back, but Coach T was so encouraging and welcoming soon as I walked in the door. Coach T is excited about our journey and wants us to succeed. The workouts are challenging, new, and exciting. She incorporates so many workout styles from full body workouts, strength training, to circuit fitness and so much more. I’ve been working out with Coach T for a little over a month and it has truly helped me up my fitness game. Coach is an amazing person and an excellent coach. Regardless of your level of fitness, there’s something for everyone. The M.O.V.E gym with Coach T is about holistic health 💪🏾. I’m excited to see the growth. Definitely check her out!

I really enjoyed the 21 day challenge with Coach T!! She is very pleasant and passionate about fitness. Challenge is change… when you can incorporate fun into a challenge it makes it easier and worthwhile!!! 10-10 RECOMMEND!!!!!

Coach T is a great fitness coach! She has different variations of style and workout techniques during the zumba sessions that are fun. She also incorporates dancing and weights so every part of the body gets a workout. You can do a modified version of some workouts making it easy for anyone to participate at your own pace. And, she also does kids fitness! M.O.V.E. with Coach T for you fitness needs!

Coach T and her team are AMAZING. They definitely are going to give you a good routine to workout through. Yet, it’s all worth it in the end when the results come through. Thanks Coach T and the team for all you guys do. Highly recommend everyone to join and make the classes a routine. I have danced with all instructors from Zumba to stepping and they are all AMAZING and will cause you to sweat and burn calories!
